The Kishangarh Marble Buying Guide is a digital PDF delivered after payment. Because a digital file cannot be returned once delivered, the following applies.

Cancellation

Once payment is completed and the Guide is delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds after the Guide has been delivered, except in these cases:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
Payment was deducted but you did not receive the Guide, and we are unable to deliver it.
The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working copy.

To request help, write to hello@apnamarble.com or WhatsApp +91 87698 57223 within 7 days of purchase, with your payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
